Starting to Crawl

In my last post I mentioned that crawling is almost upon us, with Cecito. Luckily I was able to finally get some photos of the little dude getting up on his hands and knees. He’s so ready to crawl, just not coordinated enough. Yet, but he’s very, very close. He does this weird scoot where he gets up and down on his knees and ends up moving all over the floor. His moves are mostly backwards and in circles, but man, can he get around!

Along with the drooling, you will see that in the pics, too. The little tyke has two teeth on the bottom of his gums. He’s growing so fast. So fast that I can finally understand why people say the baby phase doesn’t last long. Already, I think back to the screaming banshee times and get warm fuzzies.

Ok, time to check out this busty toy.

Almost forgot, here’s L.L.’s crawling post. When I think about her post to this one they are, still, really similar. However, they aren’t crawling the same. She would faceplant because she didn’t understand to move her arms. While he doesn’t understand moving the arms either, he rolls to the side and tumbles over. Sometimes he hits a check, but usually bumps the back of his head once he’s already rolled over. Either way, they are both my adorable littles and I’m loving watching them grow up while I track them on this blog. Hope you are, too.

    1. Thanks Terri! We only have one pic of Gil from when he was a baby, so it’s tough to say. It’s funny you say that, though. Most people say he looks just like me. I believe you are the third person to think otherwise. Both the kiddos will look like both of us at some point in time, but end up just like themselves. It’s fun to watch them grown and change, isn’t it? 🙂
