Hello – hello – I’m still here and pregnant! To be completely honest I am beginning to overcome all the pain that I last explained to you. Well, maybe it’s best described as acceptance, as the days tick by and I’m still living in achy crotch land. I gotta tell ya that the Braxton Hicks are still kickin’ pretty hard, but it’s ok. He’ll come out when he’s ready.
At my last OB appointment, yesterday, there wasn’t much more movement towards labor. Still dilated 2 cm, where my OB said that she didn’t think she would see me for birth this week, but she wouldn’t be surprised if I went either. I take that as 50/50, but feel like I just might make my due date now. Before that appointment I was pretty sure he was going to arrive maybe a week or so early.
Oh well, I’m not that bad off. Plus, my in-laws get into town on Thursday. They like to be there for the birth, so I’m thinking baby boy is just trying to throw them a bone. I’m ok with that.
So, here are the belly pics!
Beautiful!
Beautiful. I can’t believe how skinny your legs and butt have stayed!
Thanks Leigh! It’s funny you noticed. I have always had stick legs and arms with no hips. Maybe that’s why I’m in so much pain…they have quite the distance to spread apart for birth! 😉
You have truly captured it.. And it is beautiful!
Awe, thanks Tony. 🙂
