A dear friend of mine, McKenna, offered to throw me a shower for the arrival of our baby boy. I was so grateful and surprised, that I couldn’t help but get myself extra excited for it. She is one of the good ones, you know, the friend that you realize is going to be there for you right from the beginning. Sometimes you just know, right?
Well she didn’t disappoint on the festivities. Everything was so well thought out. Her decorations were the cutest, the food was delicious; and I had a wonderful time. It was so relaxing and enjoyable. I even purchased a new outfit for the occasion! If you don’t know me that well, it’s a pretty big thing around here. I was very excited.
It was a showing of the best of the best. I left feeling lighter than air (which is near impossible at this point) and so loved when I went home, to my smily, happy dancing L.L. and Daddy. Can’t thank my friends enough. BIG HUGS ALL AROUND!
