If there is one thing that I have learned, it is to take all the fun you can get when you can get it – while also making baby. We started off testing out a new tavern (that only offered lemonade for those poor souls who cannot drink) and then I had a girls night of Just Dance that left me wanting to go out and buy the game!
So, if you are one of the types who is fearing of losing yourself in parenthood, worry no more b/c if I can wake up on a Saturday morning with a “hand on my stamp,” so can you! Who cares if you were home by 10 p.m. on the couch with your pup. You still got out there and had a great time with some pretty terrific friends.
So cute! I remember when I was 8 months pregnant with Aiden we went out to see one of my favorite bands. Dave was super protective of me and my belly but we had a great time! Get ready to be the designated driver… 🙂
Oh Em, it’s already started. You know how much we like to go see live music. Well, the only question Dad has had for the doc is if loud music is okay. He was told that after the ears develop, if we think it’s too loud, it’s too loud for the baby. SO, now I’m not allowed to go to extra loud venues, which means my favorite is out of the question. I am allowed to go to outdoor ones, too bad we are heading into “winter.” Oh yea, and my favorite position of close to the stage is out, too. Sigh.
However, I still think all these early daddy things are extra cute. 😉
I love this story! “Taking all the fun you can get from life” is such a great motto to live by. I love you attitude, Gwen! 🙂
