Our little dude is two years old and two months, but who’s counting, right? Ha, we all know, I am.
He’s such a little gem and a little terror. The kid STILL screams, all the time. Which would be completely impressive, if I weren’t the one having to deal with it each and every day. His temperament hasn’t changed since birth, so I guess he totally knows who he is and isn’t afraid to show it…?
Good thing he’s a super cute kid. People still approach us to say how handsome he is, how amazing his dark eyes and lashes are, and how he’s going to be a lady killer. I can’t argue with how adorable he is, it’s how he’s survived the last two years. Oh, and his smile is pretty perfect, if you ask me.
A few other adorable things he does is press on the tip of his nose when he’s tired or thinking hard. It’s can be any finger or thumb and happens often throughout the day. His sleepy trick is to rest his hand on his cheek. I can only assume that it’s a warmth and touch thing that comforts him. When he wakes up he presses his cheek to mine and rests his head there for about 30 seconds. It’s the one bit of cuddles I can depend on during the day. I love it.
When it comes to the sun and the moon, no one beats LL, in Cecito’s world. He always wants to be with her. He also wants to tease and torment her non-stop. Can you guess who he learned those cute little tricks from? Since she is his world he will sport a dress or a tutu with as much thrill as any other kid. Spinning and spinning…then, it’s done. He wants it off, because really, nothing is better than living life free in your birthday suit!
He loves to talk, but he’s not the chatter box that LL is. There are much more contemplative moments in his everyday. Even though he speaks like a three year old. Way more clear than I could have imagined. Plus, his vocabulary is out of this world. So much that when he turned two it was like a flip switched and he was stuttering with every statement. I was worried, but found out that it’s normal for above average talkers. Now he is completely past it and I can’t believe how concerned I was for a couple of months.
As far as his stats are considered, they are steadfast in the 35-50%. Which is good, I’m not sure he would enjoy wearing 12 month clothes at 4 years old, as much as LL does. Now for the pics! And a reminder of what LL was like at two, here.
